Is Daktari App available on Google Play?
The public Android release is coming soon. Contact info@daktariapp.com for availability. We will add the official download link here when the release is available.
Does an appointment request guarantee a visit?
No. The provider must accept your request. Check the appointment status and confirm any practical arrangements with the provider.
Can I use Daktari App in an emergency?
Daktari App is not an emergency response service. Do not wait for an appointment or chat reply in an emergency. Contact local emergency services or go to an appropriate emergency facility.
How is my information handled?
Daktari App uses account access controls and secure connections. Appointment messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Share only what is needed for your visit. Contact our team for privacy information or request account deletion.
How can a provider join or correct their listing?
Email info@daktariapp.com with your provider name and request. Please do not send patient records, passwords or verification codes.
